Loop Capital Serves as Underwriter and Remarketing Agent for The Regents of the University of California

On Wednesday, July 26, 2011, The Regents of the University of California successfully sold $150 million Taxable General Revenue Bonds, 2011 Series Z. The Bonds were structured as weekly Variable Rate Demand Bonds. Loop Capital served as underwriter and remarketing agent for the 2011 Series Z-2 bonds, which total $50 million. The Bonds were used to provide working capital for the University as a component of its $1.2 billion financing that also included floating rate notes and fixed rate notes.
