"Loonie Tunes?" In February's Municipal Strategy Report we salute the Canadians for their successful Yankee bond issue in early February, their budgetary control, and their superior economic performance. 
Recent economic releases are hinting toward a strengthening recovery for 2012.  Using a structural econometric model and a Bayesian vector autoregression model we forecast a gradual recovery over the next five quarters and improving conditions in the labor market.
