McKinley Brown

Managing Director, Fixed Income Division | Taxable Sales

McKinley Brown joined Loop Capital’s taxable sales and trading group as a Director in 2008.  Mr. Brown brings over 25 years of sales experience covering institutional accounts, pension funds, governmental entities, and insurance companies.  

His career began at First Chicago’s Government Bond Division as a sales person, where he worked until 1989 when he became part of First Chicago’s Capital Markets, Inc. after the group received its Section 20 powers.  Bank One and First Chicago-NBD merged in 1999, creating Bank One Capital Markets, where Mr. Brown served as Director and Managing Director with the group in his roles as the West Coast Sales Manager for Institutional Sales and Senior Sales Executive. Additionally, he worked at ABN Amro in Chicago as Director in Sales and Product Manager. 

Mr. Brown received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and his Masters in Business Administration from University of Chicago. He holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24 and 63 licenses.
