Loop Capital Markets participated as a co-manager in two deals for Sempra Energy subsidiary, San Diego Gas & Electric, in November 2005. The first was a 10 year, $250 million, 5.3%, First Mortgage bond deal, and the second was a remarketing of tax-exempt revenue bonds issued by Chula Vista City, California (and backed by San Diego Gas & Electric). The latter was placed for 22 years at 5.0%.
