Loop Capital Markets will serve as a placement and remarketing agent on approximately $50 million of the City’s $300 million financing. Loop Capital Markets will also serve as one of the potential bidders on the fixed rate interest rate portion as well. Loop Capital Markets is the only non-Wall Street, non money center banker to serve the City in this capacity.
