Co-manager on up to $1 billion financing for the State of Louisiana

Loop Capital Markets will serve as a co-manager on the first Post Katrina financing for the State.

Loop Capital Markets will serve as a co-manager on the first Post Katrina financing for the State.  The transaction, for the Citizens of Louisiana self insurance fund, will replenish existing reserves and also be used to pay claims for Katrina victims.
