Loop Capital Markets served as senior managing underwriter on the City of Hartford,Connecticut''''''''s $62.1 million combined general obligation new money and refunding transaction.  The financing provided funds for seven schools and a parking facility, and also generated over $1 million in present value savings for the City (3.45% of the refunded par).  The bonds were priced in May and closed on June 2, 2005.
