LFP provides complete swap coverage, including: structuring of strategic alternatives; trade pricing and market sensitivity analysis; analytic education to client staff; assistance and participation in board presentations and meetings; transaction execution; transaction closing and documentation; on-going management and analysis of swap and option positions.
